I'm a senior data analyst with eighteen years across data, operations, finance, and sales — long enough to know that most analytics questions are causal but most analytics methods are only descriptive, and that the gap between the two is where real decisions live.

Today I work at Kit, where I focus on the semantic layer: the source-of-truth model that makes metrics consistent across dashboards, notebooks, and AI agents. I build in public through intelligence-layer (a practitioner knowledge base) and agent-skills (reusable AI skills for data workflows), and I write a newsletter called The Intelligence Layer.
